If I am the owner of a registered brand, do I have to submit papers proving my ownership of this brand?
Yes, if you are the owner of a small brand, limited company or large company. We require proof of brand registration with the government of your country, commercial registration or commercial number registered with the government of your country.
If I am the owner of an offline shop, do I have to send proof?
Yes, of course. If you are an offline business owner or shop owner in your country, we ask you to send the registered commercial registration in your country.
Why do I have to prove business ownership if I am the owner of a company, institution or shop in my country?

If I have an online store, can I get wholesale goods?
Yes, if you are a freelancer and work online through an online store dedicated to you. You can buy goods from IVORYNN in bulk. We will ask you for your store link when you register
What is the minimum order?
The minimum bulk order is 49 pieces. If the number of pieces is less than that, you will buy the price of the product at the selling price in our store

What payment methods are available?
Full prepayment is made upon placing the order, and the rest of the amount is paid before shipment and delivery.

Does IVORYNN incur any transfer fees or banking services?
We do not incur any transfer fees or added banking services when you purchase our products in bulk, any transfer fees or banking services incurred by the customer.

How long does it take to complete shipping?

Can I amend the application after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can modify your order after submitting it and pay for a period not exceeding 36 hours. We cannot make any modifications to your order if more than 36 hours have passed since your order.
What is the procedure if I want to amend my order if it exceeds 36 hours from completing the application?
If you discover that your order was wrong, and you want to modify the quantities or types of products and your order has already passed 36 hours, we cannot provide assistance to you because the order has already been processed and the request has been sent to the required shipping company.
If my order is less than 36 hours, can I get a full refund?
If you have already paid for a bulk order of goods from our store. More than 36 hours have passed since your order and I wanted a refund and cancellation of the order. We will deduct 50% of the payment amount and half of the amount will be returned to you. If your order passes more than that, we will deduct 75% from the order amount.
If my order is less than 36 hours, can I get a full refund?
If you have already paid for a bulk order of goods from our store. More than 36 hours have passed since your order and I wanted a refund and cancellation of the order. We will deduct 50% of the payment amount and half of the amount will be returned to you. If your order passes more than that, we will deduct 75% from the order amount.
If my order is less than 24 hours , can I get a refund?
If less than 24 hours have passed since your order, we will refund you the full amount. With the possibility of canceling the order completely before it is launched.
Can I return the goods?
Returns or exchanges for bulk orders are only allowed in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Is the packing quality good?
Yes, the quality of the packaging is very good. Shipping companies adhere to international shipping standards for boxes and bulk cargo.
