  • Permanently delete your account and personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your IVORYNN account at any time.

Option 1 – Delete Your Account from the App

  1. Open the IVORYNN App.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Navigate to Profile.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Select Privacy.
  6. Tap Delete Account.
  7. Confirm your deletion request.

Your account will then be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2 – Contact Customer Support

If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting our Customer Support team.

Please include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your full name (optional).
  • A request stating that you would like your account permanently deleted.

What Happens After Deletion ?

Once your request has been processed:

  • Your IVORYNN account will be permanently deleted.
  • Your profile information will be removed.
  • Saved addresses will be deleted.
  • Wishlist items will be removed.
  • Shopping preferences will be deleted.
  • Personal information stored in our active systems will be removed.

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, tax regulations, accounting obligations, or dispute resolution.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Where required by law, certain records may be retained for a longer period before permanent removal.

Third-Party Sign-In

If you signed in using Apple, Google, or Facebook, deleting your IVORYNN account only removes your account from IVORYNN. It does not delete your account with those third-party providers.
