Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost
    or
  • Issue a full refund

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping fees

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping only
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies

How long can I request a refund?

To avoid this problem for our distinguished or regular customers who are trusted, the balance is directly added to the Store Credit in their account. It will only take a few seconds for the amount to return to their wallet in their IVORYNN account.

Will I get a full refund?

The amount will not be refunded if the payment has passed for more than 14 days, and in the event of a problem with the shipment and the shipment does not reach the customer at all, If the item never arrives, we’ll refund the full amount including shipping—provided it's within 20 days of purchase.

How long does it take for the refund to reach my account?

We cannot provide you with a specific time for refunds to arrive in your bank account because it depends on the country from which you made the payments and also the payment method you used while shopping.

Is recovering money always possible?

Refund approval depends on compliance with international shipping and payment policies. We always strive for a smooth and fair process.

When can I not get a refund?
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for orders over 20 days old, or when issues are due to third-party providers outside our control.
  • Your money cannot be refunded if the shipment has already been launched and delivered to you according to the timeline while monitoring the arrival of the shipment to you.
  • We do not guarantee a refund if the product is shipped to you in less than 12 days because we follow a system that takes time for the amounts paid to reach the company's account in US & UK & UAE.
  • We cannot refund amounts that have been received for more than 20 days
